Pre-printing Phase
Our proffesionals on the technical side of the work, carefully analyze the client’s specifications before starting the process. Our graphic designer team works on the design to ensure the best results. Then, we produce the printing film using the required material with two production methods: Blown(Vertical) and Cast(Horizontal). This helps us to desing an optimal infrastructure to achieve high-quality and precise prints.
Printing Phase
In this stage, we print on films using printing blocks and cylinders. We apply the required design to both our own films and externally sourced ones. For printing, we use two methods: rotogravure and flexo, ensuring high-quality and precise results. Rotogravure printing provides sharp and detailed images, making it ideal for high-volume production. Flexo printing is a fast and flexible method that works well on different materials for more specialized needings.

Garment Process
The garment process involves cutting laminated films into precise shapes and sizes according to the specifications. Slitting Process

This process is often combined with goring, where a series of folds or creases are made to give the material structure. We also offer gusseting (making folds or pleats in the material) for items that need extra space or volume, such as pouches. For packaging that requires a handle or loop, we also provide solutions for handles and bags with a carrying strip.
